The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience in water supply and distribution projects, construction supervision, and project management.
• Experience handling multiple departments and overseeing office administration and operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, EPANET and other design software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business continuity.
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments to achieve goals.
• Plan, implement, and monitor water supply and distribution projects.
• Oversee construction supervision, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
