• Ability to operate a pallet jack and related warehouse tools.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably wood packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to lift and move materials on-site.
• Effective communication and teamwork across departments.
• Experience leading or mentoring warehouse staff is a plus.

Role Description The Senior Warehouse Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cabuyao. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, organizing stock, and preparing orders for dispatch. The Senior Warehouse Staff will lead packing and unloading activities, ensure pallets and wood packaging are handled safely, and maintain accurate inventory records. This position also supports workflow planning, monitors equipment use (such as pallet jacks), and promotes adherence to safety and quality standards. The role may involve guiding junior warehouse staff, coordinating with logistics and sales teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying documentation, checking quantities, and coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading tasks, ensuring safe handling of wooden pallets and other wood packaging.
• Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, including stock monitoring, cycle counts, and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to operate a Pallet Jack and related warehouse tools safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling environment, preferably in wood packaging or related industries.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required, and to work on-site in a physically active role.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Experience in leading or mentoring warehouse staff is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
