Job summary

Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation, located in Biñan, Laguna, is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk to manage stock levels and ensure accurate recording of all warehouse transactions. The role requires coordinating with the order processor to initiate purchase orders and maintaining proper tagging and storage procedures.

Candidate must have 3+ years in warehousing, knowledge of GWP, and the ability to lift up to 20 kg while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory systems and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).

Responsibilities

• Manages stock levelling and updates PRS Logbook; coordinates to initiate purchase orders.
• Receives and moves material transfers to Warehouse with proper tagging and racking.
• Check parts against production slips and report discrepancies.
• Records all issuances and transfers in warehouse books, bin cards and stocks cards.
• Ensures batch control and FIFO using batch and FIFO tags and updating the Bin Card.

About the role

Manages the stock levelling of all items most especially fast consuming goods by updating the PRS Logbook and close coordination to the order processor to initiate purchase order. Receives and moves transfer of materials (e.g. incoming deliveries, machine components, finished goods, scrap, subcon materials, etc.) from specific area/s to Warehouse – following proper tags, storages and racking.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the stock levelling of all items most especially fast consuming goods by updating the PRS Logbook and close coordination to the order processor to initiate purchase order
• Receives and moves transfer of materials (e.g. incoming deliveries, machine components, finished goods, scrap, subcon materials, etc.) from specific area/s to Warehouse – following proper tags, storages and racking
• Check number of parts against production slips and report discrepancies
• Ensures proper recording of all issuances and transfers in all Warehouse books, bin cards and stocks cards
• Ensures proper warehouse batch control and FIFO have been implemented by using the warehouse batch control tags, FIFO tags and updating the batch record at Bin Card

About you

• At least three (3) years' experience in warehousing, logistics or relevant fields
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kilograms)
• Inventory System, recording and arrangement experience
• Working knowledge in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)

• High attention to detail
