Qualifications

• 12 - 15 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Assistant Managers / Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations.
• Extensive experience in warehouse management in a supply chain manufacturing setup.
• Knowledgeable of Import/Export processes.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, direct, and train warehouse employees.
• Develop warehouse operations systems and manage inventory control.
• Oversee daily operations and improve productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Lead inventory reduction initiatives and compliance activities.
