Job summary

Dragon Edge Group (DEG) is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our nationwide supply chain—ensuring speed, accuracy, and operational excellence across every touchpoint.

You will build a high-performing logistics ecosystem, drive efficiencies, enforce safety standards, and develop a team across multiple hubs and 3PL partners to deliver OTIF results and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across hubs and partner locations.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through disciplined stock control and cycle counts.
• Manage and optimize 3PL partnerships to achieve on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Streamline receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for maximum efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety, 5S, and audit standards across all facilities.
• Monitor and improve logistics costs, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team.
