Job summary

GLOBEX PEOPLE is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade virtualization, network, and hybrid infrastructure environments in Manila. The role emphasizes NSX‑T expertise, vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix AHV, and cloud integration with AWS/Azure.

The ideal candidate combines architectural thinking with hands-on execution in complex environments, including BC/DR planning and security controls.

Qualifications

• Experience designing VMware NSX‑T for enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on with vSphere/ESXi and Nutanix AHV.
• Ability to design hybrid cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with BC/DR and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VMware NSX‑T network virtualization.
• Architect and manage VMware vSphere/ESXi and Nutanix AHV platforms.
• Administer and support VMware NSX environments.
• Support hybrid and cloud platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Design and manage secure network architectures (VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
• Oversee SAN/NAS storage configurations and provisioning.
• Manage Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Lead or contribute to infrastructure project planning and execution.
• Implement BC/DR strategies aligned with RPO/RTO requirements.
• Conduct DR testing and validation exercises.
• Maintain CMDB and application dependency mapping.
• Implement and enforce security & compliance controls (MFA, passkey integration, Windows Hello for Business, patch management).
• Configure and support server hardware (rack and blade configuration, storage provisioning).
• Provide documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs.
