Job summary

H&L Environmental Services LLC is seeking a qualified Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Safety Officer for a 6-month assignment in Floridablanca, Pampanga, Philippines. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in military EOD or commercial UXO, strong safety compliance skills, and be able to work outdoors in harsh conditions. This role includes supervision of munitions response actions, and responsibilities like conducting safety briefings and ensuring safety compliance. A valid U.S. driver's license and passport are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of eight(8) years of prior military EOD and/or commercial UXO experience.
• Must have experience in the transportation, handling and storage of munitions.
• Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and current U.S. passport.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform on-site UXO related operations.
• Conduct daily site safety briefings.
• Inspect and certify MPPEH for safety.
• Develop and implement explosives operations safety requirements.
• Prepare required UXO munitions response actions reports.
