Qualifications

10+ years of UX/UI design experience
Experience with UX research and design across web and mobile
Familiarity with Design Thinking principles and service design concepts
Ability to map customer journeys and create UX wire flows and low-fidelity prototypes
Prototyping experience and UI design proficiency are desirable

Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Practitioner, advocate Design Thinking and facilitate divergent/convergent ideation with business stakeholders.
As a UX Researcher, conduct user studies and workshops (directly or via partners) to generate actionable insights for design and product evolution.
