Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a UX Designer to lead end-to-end user experience design for large-scale digital products. You’ll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction models grounded in user-centred design, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure usability and high-quality execution.

Ideal for someone with 6+ years of UX experience, strong skills in Figma/Adobe tools, and a deep understanding of web and mobile design best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of UX/Interaction Design experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction flow, UI and visual design.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision.
• Solid understanding of web & mobile design principles, scalable UI and modern tech.
• Familiarity with usability heuristics, HCI principles and best practice UX.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical reasoning skills.
• Experience with Bootstrap, grid systems and CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS).
• Experience designing within an agile environment.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, user research, IA, personas and usability testing.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion, integrity and a high level of professionalism

Responsibilities

• Define user interaction models for new and existing products.
• Create user-focused concepts and interactive solutions balancing user needs and business goals.
• Refine, maintain and enforce UX design guidelines and strategies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and quality.
• Develop deliverables including sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and documentation.
• Communicate detailed UX specifications to development teams.
• Maintain product continuity and user experience alignment with priorities and creative direction.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities during product lifecycle.
