Job summary

Sleek Corp is seeking a qualified accounting professional to prepare UK year end accounts, corporation tax computations, and VAT returns for UK small businesses. You will join a five-person pod led by a UK-based Senior Accounts Manager and support around 300 UK clients, growing to 500 by 2027.

You will review colleagues’ work, chase missing records, and communicate with clients in English. Remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Qualifications

• Must have part-qualified: CA/CA Intermediate (India), CPA (Philippines), or ACCA.
• At least 4 years in accounting, including 2 UK year end accounts, CT600s and VAT returns for small businesses.
• 1 year reviewing other accountants’ or bookkeepers’ work.
• Written English good enough to email UK clients directly.
• Based in the Philippines with right to work there.
• Able to work a shift overlapping UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year end accounts (FRS 102/105), CT600s and VAT returns for UK clients.
• Review work of accountants and bookkeepers in your pod and provide corrections.
• Chase clients for missing records and flag deadlines early.
• Email UK clients with information requests and explanations.
• Maintain accurate client records and workflow data.
• Utilize AI tools in our workflows and help shape them.
