Job summary

CXC is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. You will lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile, translating complex requirements into intuitive user journeys and visually compelling interfaces.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accessible, responsive experiences that align with branding and design systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing responsive web/mobile apps for iOS/Android.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Understanding accessibility, responsive and cross-platform design.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
• Proven experience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-platform design best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
