Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Analyst, Corporate Treasury to execute FX rates and margins, support treasury risk controls and SOX compliance. You will analyze data, drive process improvements, and support audits across global treasury activities.

You will oversee a team of 4–5, collaborate on worldwide operations focusing on GCC markets, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows. Hybrid work with onsite days in Ortigas Center, Pasig is offered.

Qualifications

• SOX controls experience
• Hands‑on audit support experience
• Treasury function experience
• Understanding of foreign exchange fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Execute daily FX rates and margins instructions accurately and timely
• Streamline rates and margins processes; leverage AI tools to improve efficiency
• Analyze historical data to inform decision making and strategy
• Identify risks in daily processes and develop action plans with SOX controls
• Prepare documentation and periodic reporting for audits and controls
• Investigate rate and margin risk incidents and document root causes and mitigation
• Provide analytical support across treasury functions and special projects
• Guide stakeholders on risk assessments and controls; support external audits
• Lead a team of ~4–5 employees
• Support global treasury operations with focus on GCC markets (Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman)
