Job summary

Wipro is seeking a senior Transition Manager in the Philippines to own complex service transitions end-to-end, shaping schedules, costs, and risk controls. You will lead a transition team across functions, ensuring governance and alignment with client expectations.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and stakeholder communication to drive successful transitions. Candidates should bring 13+ years in transitions, with 8+ years in a senior managerial role, and preferably PMP

Qualifications

• Total 13+ years of experience with at least 8 years in transition management.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Experience in managing complex transitions and governance with stakeholders.
• PMP certified professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of aligned transitions including schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth transition of services and processes.
• Manage transition team and address complex issues during transition.
• Maintain open communication and govern with all stakeholders.
• Manage risks and maintain a unified risk register.
• Provide direction and support to project team to meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Participate in creation/review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
• Maintain transition documentation as per the Wipro transition framework.

• Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge on platforms and tools and applications in the respective domains (HRO, Insurance and Pension)

• Any Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Management, or master's degree is preferred).
