Job summary

GHD in Makati seeks a Senior Consultant – Transactions Advisory to partner with clients, deliver solutions, and drive growth across the Energy and Sustainability sector. You will help win work, support project delivery, and mentor Advisors and Graduates in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting or Economy and 3–5 years of due diligence experience, with strong writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting or Economy.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in due diligence.
• Identifies business opportunities and develops robust technical and business solutions.
• Proven ability to work under time pressure and be flexible to competing needs.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Strong report writing, interviewing, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the business with a focus on Energy and Sustainability in the region.
• Provide critical decision making and strategic transformation support to clients.
• Contribute to Business Advisory Asia’s capability for services spanning governance, strategy, implementation and reporting.
• Shape service offerings and build relationships with potential clients.
• Mentor Advisors and Graduates.
