Apex Fintech Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Trading Operations Analyst to support U.S. trading sessions from Asian Century Center, BGC, Taguig. The role is hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and full-time.

You will monitor U.S. equity, options, and event contract trading, act as the main contact for client inquiries, and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and improve service delivery. A strong client-facing mindset and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in trading/trade support or electronic trading.
• Proven client-facing delivery with strong communication.
• Understanding of market dynamics, trading protocols, and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support U.S. equity, options, and event contract trading.
• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries about order flow and system performance.
• Identify potential trade issues and risks, escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, product, and compliance to meet client needs.
• Apply market knowledge to provide client insights and guidance.
• Provide thorough updates to ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.
