Job summary

Prifood Corporation in Cebu is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to develop and implement promotional and merchandising plans for both existing and new products. The role involves coordinating campaigns, evaluating effectiveness, and ensuring planograms are followed.

You will collaborate with brand marketing, sales, and external agencies, shaping launches and providing actionable feedback. Strong MS Office proficiency and 3+ years in FMCG merchandising are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Marketing or relevant field.
• At least 3yrs experience in Merchandising & Promo in FMCG Field.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong knowledge in key accounts sales process.
• With extensive knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop a trade marketing plan for existing and new products, including promotions, sampling, and merchandising standards.
• Oversee implementation of trade marketing campaigns, coordinating with other departments and third parties.
• Evaluate activity effectiveness and present post-activation reports with recommendations.
• Ensure approved merchandising planograms/layouts are implemented.
• Provide feedback on new product launches to brand marketing and management.
• Collect and disseminate best practices for profitable trade marketing activities.
• Align trade marketing strategies with sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Conduct competitor research on pricing, in-store activities, and market share.
• Coordinate with graphic artists and agencies for marketing material design and production.
• Control and monitor the budget, ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.
