Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company is looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive testing strategy across SIT, UAT, and automation initiatives. You will mentor a diverse test team and partner with developers, business users, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software testing, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Robot Framework, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software testing with leadership experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing for large enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of test management tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with scenario-based, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Robot Framework, JMeter, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops test strategy, plans, and schedules for SIT, UAT, regression, and automation.
• Leads and mentors the test team, allocates resources, tracks progress.
• Ensures comprehensive test design and coverage of business and technical requirements.
• Oversees test execution, defects, and reports risks to project leadership.
• Drives adoption of test automation and tooling where feasible.
• Coordinates with developers, business users, operations, and vendors on requirements and acceptance.
• Champions QA quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
