Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a testing tools Platform Manager to collaborate with IT and business units, guiding release planning and tool upgrades. The role requires Tosca expertise, hands-on Agile experience with Jira/Confluence, and a track record in global, multicultural settings.

You will help shape the testing tool roadmap, ensure tool integration with other systems, and contribute to GxP documentation where applicable.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working on platform management activities for testing tools.
At least 1 year of experience working with Tosca.
Hands-on experience applying agile methodologies, including Jira or Confluence.
Experience working in a global, multicultural and diverse environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with diverse business and IT units to assess requirements for testing tools covering ideation, planning, implementation, maintenance, support and documentation.
Plan testing tool releases and set expectations for new functionalities and upgrades; define improvements to tools and processes.
Coordinate project activities and participate in cross-functional projects.
Consult business and IT functions on testing solutions to improve quality and efficiency of IT solutions.
Support the roadmap definition and implementation for testing tools.
