Job summary

PageUp is seeking a Senior Technical Project Lead within its Internal IT team to own and deliver critical IT initiatives. You will drive enterprise security platforms to meet IRAP requirements, own platforms, and lead internal projects that automate workflows and reduce tech debt across the global business.

You will lead end-to-end project planning, vendor alignment, and hands-on security implementation across JumpCloud, Netskope, Google Workspace, Entra, AWS, GitHub, NinjaOne and Atlassian,

What You'll Be Working On

As a Senior Technical Project Lead within our Internal IT team, you will take full technical ownership and end-to-end delivery management for strengthening and scaling PageUp’s internal infrastructure and security posture. Operating with high autonomy, you will lead critical IT initiatives from initial strategy and planning through to execution, stakeholder management, and operational handoff.

Initially, you will drive and project-lead the delivery of enterprise security platforms to meet IRAP compliance requirements. Once established, you will own these platforms while leading high-impact internal IT projects that automate workflows, reduce tech debt, and optimize systems across the global business.

Your role will include:

• Project Delivery: Taking end-to-end ownership of planning, sequencing, and executing internal IT projects. Proactively managing timelines, risks, and dependencies while serving as the primary point of accountability for project success.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Ownership: Creating alignment across the Security team, Internal Group IT Manager, vendor partners, and cross-functional business leads. Communicating project health, technical risks, and milestones clearly and decisively.
• Hands-On Security Implementation: Operating as the senior technical authority to implement and configure robust controls across platforms like JumpCloud, Netskope, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, AWS, Atlassian, NinjaOne, and GitHub.
• Validation, QA & Governance: Architecting and executing comprehensive test cases to validate security configurations. Ensuring high-standard documentation, runbooks, and audit-ready evidence for compliance assessments.
• Automation & Strategic Improvement: Driving continuous optimization across Internal IT operations. Identifying friction points and building automation solutions to streamline manual processes and enhance team output.
  

What You'll Bring

• Senior Technical Capability: Deep experience with hands-on configuration, integration, and management of modern cloud enterprise tools, identity providers, endpoint control, and security stacks (e.g., JumpCloud, Netskope, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, AWS).
• Demonstrated Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead and execute end-to-end technical IT initiatives autonomously—defining scopes, managing project risks, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering on schedule.
• Methodical Control & Execution: Expertise in applying controlled change management practices, including structured rollouts, rollback planning, and verification testing.
• Strong Communication & Influence: Technical consulting skills, with the clarity and influence needed to bridge complex technical details with strategic business outcomes.
