Ideal candidates have a decade in software development, at least three years in leadership, and deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, EF, and Angular. This role demands excellent communication in a cross-cultural setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience with Angular 19+ development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple software development teams through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Ensure high standards of architecture, code quality and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical consultancy and leadership for complex technical challenges.
• Support the professional growth of developers through knowledge sharing, feedback and continuous learning initiatives.
• Serve as a cultural and communication bridge between stakeholders in Germany and teams in Manila.
