They will also identify and proactively manage risk areas, and commit to seeing issues through to complete resolution**Your Impact*** Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment* Interact with customers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure customer success* Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems using modern web tools and technologies* Develop proofs of concept as needed during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies* Validate application code using unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools* Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments* Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs, and end-user guides* Travel is infrequent, varying with consultant preference and client requirements**Minimum Requirements:*** 3+ years of experience in design and implementation using Salesforce.com tec* Skill and passion for programming and technology* Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts* \* Skilled in Java, C#, or comparable OOP language* Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript* Experience with modern IDEs (VSCode, IntelliJ) and SCM tools (Git, SVN)* Strong problem-solving skills* Ability and desire to learn new technologies and development tools* A creative mindset to apply innovative approaches to software design* Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment with a large team of like-minded developers* Understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and SQL* Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies**Preferred Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative subject area.
