Job summary

• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
• Training: 8 hours of relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews technical documents (i.e. Terms of Reference, project proposal).
• Leads the conduct of research/studies.
• Designs and implements monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and data analysis frameworks.
• Implements and/or coordinates programs, projects, and systems.
• Oversees project implementation and reviews the work of lower-level specialist.
• Provides technical assistance and services to internal and partner agencies/organizations.
• Represents TESDA in inter-agency committee meetings.
• Performs such other functions as may be authorized.
