Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
• Training: 4 hours of relevant training.
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepares terms of reference, proposals/studies/research, and presentations.
• Assists in conceptualizing effective systems and procedures for monitoring EBET implementation.
• Assists in implementing and monitoring technical cooperation programs/projects.
• Assists in developing systems, projects, and programs such as grievance mechanisms and inspection procedures for EBET stakeholders.
• Prepares internal and external communications.
• Provides technical inputs and periodic reports.
• Develops knowledge management systems for targeting appropriate industry sectors.
• Prepares budget proposals and financial plans.
• Participates in inter-agency meetings/fora/conferences.
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
