MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Team Leader to oversee a shift-based onsite team in Cagayan De Oro. The role focuses on coaching, performance tracking, and driving service delivery excellence in a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will manage, develop, and align team efforts with business goals, while handling escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership or managerial experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Your Role

What You Need
