PayJoy seeks a Philippines-based tax expert to own country tax compliance and help establish tax infrastructure for India, Indonesia, and future Vietnam growth. Based in Manila with regional scope, this senior individual contributor role emphasizes technical judgment and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Philippine CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive tax experience in multinational business or professional services.

Responsabilités

• Philippines tax ownership and regional advisor oversight across tax returns, filings, and payments.
• Review tax provisions, GAAP calculations, and positions with advisors (KPMG, etc.).
• Coordinate transfer pricing, intercompany charges, and documentation.
• Lead growth tax support for Philippines, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam expansion.
• Coordinate audits and responses with authorities and advisors.
• Build scalable tax processes for invoicing, data, and records retention.
