Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to assist the team with client engagement support and coordination. The role includes preparing and distributing client deliverables, maintaining calendars, and organizing workpapers using Excel and Access.

Overtime and travel to client sites may be required, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Applicants should have a four-year degree in accounting/finance/economics and the required accounting hours for entry-level consultants.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• GPA at least 2.80 is required for entry-level consultants.
• Direct hires must have the minimum accounting hours for entry-level consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist engagement team with client deliverables and coordination.
• Prepare and distribute client deliverables and memos.
• Maintain calendars and deadlines to ensure client timelines are met.
• Scan, format, code, and map client data into databases and workpapers.
