SGV & Co. in Makati seeks senior tax associates to provide expert tax advice to diverse clients. You will handle corporate tax planning, tax due diligence, restructurings, and advisory projects, collaborating with EY-affiliated teams globally.

You will conduct research on tax issuances, draft position papers and memos, and assist in client meetings, proposals, and implementation of tax strategies, while staying updated on tax rules and policy developments.

• Help clients implement tax advice on corporate restructuring and related matters.
• Stay updated with tax and corporate rules and issuances.
• Participate in team discussions and help identify tax planning strategies.
• Manage a range of tax engagements from simple to complex projects.
• Assist with tax policy objectives and preparation of supporting papers.
• Coordinate with government agencies and paralegals for filings.
• Liaise with EY offices globally and other service lines.
