Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate to join our tax services team and work with a diverse group of clients. You will contribute to solving complex tax issues, guided by a team of experienced professionals, and support clients from strategy to execution.

The role emphasizes managing client engagements, training staff, building solid relationships, and advancing technical knowledge while engaging in business development and staying abreast of local and national issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in tax consultancy, preferably with experience in handling tax assessments and tax matters.
• Fresh bar passers are welcome to apply.
• Supervisory experience in tax services is a plus.
• Can collaborate and work with a virtual team.
• Willing to go on fieldwork, as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above.
• Train and lead staff.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
