Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate to join its tax, accounting, and advisory team in Metro Manila. You will work with clients across industries, helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

You will manage client portfolios, train junior staff, ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, assist in audits, and contribute to business development while strengthening PwC relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, audit, bookkeeping, payroll, or statutory financial statements.
• Supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients while reporting to Managers and above.
• Train, coach, and lead junior team members.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical capabilities.
• Keep up to date with local and national business, regulatory, and economic developments.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives, including identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Continue to strengthen internal relationships and build your PwC brand.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients during audits and support the preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Prepare payroll computations and related reports.
• Support cash management activities and monitoring of client accounts.
• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide accounting, tax compliance, and reporting support to clients in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
