hammerjack is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Tax Accountant to manage a diverse portfolio of Australian clients, including SMEs, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. You will prepare and review financial statements and tax returns, mentor junior staff, and contribute to advisory services while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work remotely with hybrid options across the Philippines, staying current with Australian tax standards and lodgments.

Qualifications

• Seasoned accounting professional with Australian client focus.
• Experience mentoring junior accountants and supervising teams.
• Proven ability to prepare/review tax returns, financial statements and lodgements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios across SMEs, trusts, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals.
• Lead a small team to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Prepare and review accounts and income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts.
