Job summary

Atome Financial in Philippines is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a 1-year contract to support our growing banking business. You will partner with leaders to deliver high-quality talent across functions while ensuring a superior candidate and stakeholder experience.

As a TA partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, advise on market trends, and contribute to workforce planning, with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in banking.
• Experience recruiting for diverse functions and senior roles in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of PH hiring regulations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven decision making and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Act as TA advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers across units.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and branding efforts.
• Recruit for all levels including senior hires ensuring speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Analyze market intelligence and hiring trends to guide decisions.
• Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate engagement strategies.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support the continued growth of our Philippines Banking business. This is a 1-year contract role responsible for partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent across key functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you will lead end-to-end hiring across a broad range of positions, with a strong focus on building critical capabilities for a fast-growing digital banking business. You will also provide market insights, strengthen talent pipelines, and support workforce planning initiatives to enable business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in banking sectors.
• Proven experience recruiting for diverse functions and senior roles in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of the local talent market and hiring regulations in PH.
