Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage IT operations for ~150 staff across multiple locations.

You will administer Google Workspace, Slack, remote desktop environments, and business-critical applications while delivering Level 2/3 support and maintaining security and access controls. You will own user lifecycle management, system documentation, patching, backups, and vendor coordination, enabling efficient, reliable IT services in a fully remote setup with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in systems administration or senior IT support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack; Windows environments and remote desktop.
• Experience with user provisioning, access security, and endpoint support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core IT systems including Google Workspace, Slack, remote desktops, and business applications.
• Provide Level 2/3 troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Support ~150 staff across multiple locations and manage user lifecycle (provisioning, onboarding, offboarding).
• Configure and troubleshoot booking systems, practice management systems, and operational platforms.
• Provide end-user training and guidance for system usage and remote access tools.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve issues and coordinate updates.
• Monitor performance, security, backups, patching, and documentation; drive process improvements.
