Job summary

Oracle in Manila is seeking a Customer Support professional for NetSuite to deliver post‑sales support and expert guidance. You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, troubleshoot ERP software, and collaborate with QA and development to address issues.

The role requires night shifts and on‑site presence in Ayala Makati at least weekly. Requirements include 3+ years in NetSuite support or equivalent ERP experience, a Finance/Accounting degree, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
• At least 3 years of NetSuite experience in a support or implementation role, or equivalent
• Candidates may also be considered with either: 5+ years experience in support or implementation of other ERP/accounting software, or 7+ years of demonstrated experience in finance, accounting, or audit practice
• Knowledge of accounting software e.g SAP, QuickBooks, JD Edwards, or Xero is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Amenable to work on nightshift and work on site at least once a week in Ayala Makati

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Oracle global customers.
• Deliver resolution through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. Phone support will account for 70–80% of work time.
• Perform highly complex fixing and analysis.
• Actively work with Quality Assurance and Development teams to report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs.
• Deliver world‑class customer support experience for ERP software to improve customer usage.

• This is for a full‑time role for our NetSuite Customer Support team in Manila supporting global clients. It requires you to work on nightshift / graveyard hours but should also be flexible to work on different shifts depending on the business need. Work set up is hybrid at least twice in a week in our Ayala, Makati office
• You will continue to practice, trained of your expertise in Accounting and acquire new skills in performing it in an IT Industry.
• Your primary task will include the following but not limited to:
