Job summary

URC is seeking a Supply Chain and Planning Group Manager to lead transformation across demand and supply planning, inventory, and IBP, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and other planning platforms. You will drive governance, KPIs, and performance across functions with IT and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on optimizing planning processes, analytics, and technology enablement to improve decision-making and supply chain performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10–15 years in Supply Chain Planning or Transformation.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience in enterprise planning platforms and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning and digital transformation strategy.
• Oversee demand, supply, and inventory planning and IBP.
• Govern planning technologies and migration initiatives (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Partner with IT, Commercial, and Operations for deployment and optimization.
