Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to develop and implement planning strategies for backlog and revenue management across factories and subcontractors. You will oversee ATP scheduling, work with manufacturing to meet OTD targets, and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in high-tech supply chain, hands-on ERP and APO experience, strong collaboration and leadership, and willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and APO systems for planning and execution.
• 3–5 years of professional business experience in high-tech supply chain management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business planning strategies for backlog, inventory, and S&OP forecasts across factories and subcontractors.
• Manage ATP process to schedule backlog orders while maintaining on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvements and meet customer requirements.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and special customer requirements on a daily basis.
• Conduct quarterly backlog reviews and implement actions to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee scheduling activities related to capacity planning and allocation.
• Build relationships with factories, business units, sales, and management.
• Design and improve supply chain planning processes for effective evaluation and control.
• Develop regular reporting mechanisms for performance tracking against business plans.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, productive work environment.
• Moderate domestic travel may be required.
