Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to turn complex operational data into actionable insights. You will strengthen supplier performance, inventory visibility, forecasting and planning using advanced Excel, ERP/MRP systems, analytics, and emerging AI tools.

The role combines supply chain expertise with technology to drive smarter, more efficient operations. Based in the Philippines, it offers permanent work-from-home flexibility, international exposure, and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, planning, logistics, inventory, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and macros
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience, preferably SAGE MAS 100
• Experience using AI tools to improve supply chain, forecasting, planning, analytics
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar tools
• Lean, Six Sigma knowledge advantageous

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost logs and send supplier inquiries as needed
• Utilize advanced Excel tools to analyze large datasets and generate insights
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and order fulfillment
• Track and report KPIs including fill rate, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
• Maintain data integrity within ERP/MRP systems
• Build and maintain reports for internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Manage inquiries with overseas suppliers
• Log and monitor inbound shipments
• Support supply chain planning, reporting, and continuous improvement
