Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily operations across purchasing, logistics, and inventory in our Tanauan, Philippines site.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing digitization of the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functional and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must not have any disciplinary case within the past year.
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
• With at least a year in his/her current position.

What You Will Do

• Supervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.

• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work cross-functional and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year

• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan

• With at least a year in his/her current position
