J-K Network Services in Muntinlupa, Philippines seeks a Senior Studio Operations Producer to lead the full game development lifecycle from concept through launch and post-release support. Onsite role with day shift, 5-10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with designers, developers, artists, QA, and external partners, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality outputs while aligning with Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in game production or similar roles in gaming.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams or production units.
• Strong experience with end-to-end game development (mobile/PC/console/online).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and gaming compliance standards (GLI, BMM, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full game development lifecycle from concept planning up to launch and post-release support.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and overall production delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, artists, QA, external partners).
• Monitor progress, resolve production risks, ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Serve as main communication bridge between management, stakeholders, and development teams.

Salary: Up to Php 300,000+ gross

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in game production, project management, or similar roles in the gaming industry.
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience handling teams or production units.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end game development projects (mobile, PC, console, or online).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum processes and gaming compliance standards (e.g., GLI, BMM, or equivalent).
