Job summary

J-K Network Services in Muntinlupa on-site seeks a Senior Game Producer to lead end-to-end game development from concept through post-launch phases. The role requires managing schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating artists, programmers, designers, QA, and external vendors to deliver high-quality titles.

You will oversee Agile/Scrum processes, identify risks, and drive timely delivery in a multi-title gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in game production or project management.
• At least 5 years work experience in leadership role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the gaming industry.
• Background in mobile, PC, console, or online games is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall game development process from concept to launch and post-launch operations.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including artists, programmers, designers, QA, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality game products.
• Identify production risks and implement effective solutions to avoid delays.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and management.

Job Requirements;

Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Business, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in game production or project management.

at least 5years work experience in leadership role.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the gaming industry.

Background in mobile, PC, console, or online games is preferred.

Familiarity with regulatory test cycles (GLI, BMM, equivalent)
