• Strong background in end-to-end game development across mobile, PC, console, or online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire game development cycle from concept to launch and post-release support.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall production delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, artists, QA teams, and external partners.
• Track project progress, address risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Serve as the main liaison between management, stakeholders, and development teams while optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Business, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in game production, project management, or similar roles within the gaming industry
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams or production units
• Strong background in end‑to‑end game development across mobile, PC, console, or online platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and gaming compliance standards (GLI, BMM, or equivalent)
