Job summary

GoTyme PH (Philippines) seeks an Associate to own the bills payment, load, and loyalty initiatives. You will strategize the bills catalog, onboard billers with partners, and drive cross-functional launches across Tech, Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing, QA, and Risk.

You will translate usage data into customer communications, manage compliance, and shape loyalty through Go Rewards integration. A 2–4 year fintech/strategy background is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2–4 years in strategy, product, or commercial roles in fintech, banking, or consumer tech.
• Ability to pull and interpret metrics and translate into launch plans or partner briefs.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across tech, ops, and business teams.
• Clear, structured communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Owns the bills vertical strategy and execution, aligning with commercial and data teams.
• Manage biller catalog roadmap, coverage gaps, and onboarding with partners.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for biller aggregators; lead partner check-ins.
• Coordinate launches with Tech, Payment Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing, QA, Risk.
• Translate usage data into CLM, in-app nudges, and community communications.
• Oversee RCSA and compliance documentation for bills.
• Own VAS (load and gaming) commercial performance and loyalty integration.
• Develop CLM campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
• Identify partnerships to strengthen loyalty value proposition.

About the role

Bills payment, buy load, and loyalty are among GoTyme's highest-frequency consumer touchpoints - collectively serving hundreds of thousands of monthly active users. This role owns the strategy and day-to-day execution for all three, operating at the intersection of product, commercial, and data verticals; this associate fills the adjacent gap so neither set of verticals gets diluted attention.

• Bills Payment Own the biller catalog roadmap: prioritize coverage gaps, sequence aggregator phases, and manage biller onboarding end-to-end with commercial and technical partners
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for biller aggregators; lead partner check-ins and escalations
• Drive cross-functional go-live coordination (Tech, Payment Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing, QA, Risk) per launch
• Translate usage data into user communication strategy - CLM, in-app nudges, and community channels
• Own RCSA and compliance documentation for the bills vertical
• Buy Load Own VAS (load and gaming credits) commercial performance and Go Rewards integration strategy
• Develop and iterate CLM campaigns to drive repeat purchase behavior
• Loyalty Own the Go Rewards proposition for Shop use cases (bills, load, future verticals)
• Identify, develop, and manage external partnerships that strengthen the loyalty value proposition
• Coordinate partnership governance - commercial agreements, promo mechanics, regulatory review

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in any field
