Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Behavioral Science or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Experience with supplier negotiation, contracts, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess sourcing opportunities in coordination with stakeholders.
• Review spending patterns and market data with analytics teams to create value.
• Evaluate supply chain risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Research, screen, and select suppliers; develop sourcing strategies from data.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and commercial teams on contract templates and risk review.
• Plan negotiation approaches and lead supplier discussions.
• Define negotiation parameters: targets, minimum terms, and BATNA.
• Assess supplier proposals and advise on contract awards.
• Build strong supplier relationships and resolve delivery and payment issues promptly.
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
