Job summary

Therma Luzon, Inc. in Pagbilao, Quezon, seeks a Steam Turbine and Rotating Plant Expert to lead maintenance planning, design, and implementation of asset management for Steam Turbine Prime Movers and auxiliaries.

You will collaborate with BU Leaders, O&M Managers, Asset Managers, and external partners to deliver results and drive energy improvements. The role requires a strong background in reliability engineering, RCA, and project leadership, with experience coordinating cross-site maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Master's degree in Engineering and a PRC license is an advantage.
At least 10 years of steam turbine maintenance experience in power generation, petrochemical, or refining sectors.
2+ years with OEM/ISP in steam turbine domain and 2+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

Develop Steam Turbine Maintenance and remaining life assessment programs across sites.
Auditing load rejection/synchronization events and tracking operating hours to adjust maintenance cycles.
Provide outage and incident support; participate in RCA and corrective actions.
Develop O&M guidelines and conduct quarterly system reviews to improve performance.
