Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer in the Philippines for a remote role. You will develop, validate, and maintain statistical programs (SAS, R, Python) for data manipulation, analysis and reporting in clinical trials, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with biostatisticians and cross-functional teams, prepare SAPs and datasets, and mentor junior programmers. A strong background in statistics and clinical data management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as a statistical programmer in the clinical research industry.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python, with experience in clinical data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain complex statistical programs (SAS, R or Python) for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting in clinical trials.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and cross-functional teams to implement analyses.
• Prepare SAPs, programming specifications, and derived datasets to regulatory standards.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with ICH/GCP throughout programming.
• Mentor junior programmers and train team members in techniques.
