Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Staff SRE to lead IT Compute Core Team transformations, architecting on-prem and cloud services, and scaling core infrastructure globally. You will engineer DNS, NTP, DHCP, and LDAP with attention to performance and reliability, and drive capacity planning and observability.

Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in containers, distributed systems, and automation, and will collaborate across leadership, engineers, and product teams to deliver robust IT products.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of compute platform engineering with automation.
• Experience in containerization architectures and distributed infrastructure.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable systems and measure KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to transform IT Compute Core Team and architecture for on-prem and cloud services.
• Design, scale, and deploy core infrastructure services including DNS, NTP/PTP, DHCP, and LDAP.
• Build for performance and reliability at global scale with monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Define metrics to measure efficiency and drive improvements with software/hardware optimizations.
• Collaborate with leadership, senior engineers, PMs, and product managers to shape IT products.
