D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant (US) in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila. You will perform full-cycle bookkeeping and AP processing, ensure accurate general ledger entries, and support quarterly and year-end closes for SEC reporting companies.

Strong Excel/Word and QuickBooks skills are essential for success. The role requires 4–5 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience with month-end closes and full set of financial statements.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and AP processing with invoice review and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ledger recording.
• Prepare financial statements for SEC reporting companies.
• Support quarterly and year-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare GL entries and maintain reports.
• Verify data accuracy at transactional level.
• Input and maintain bank activity and reconciliations.
• Prepare schedules for trial balance accounts.
• Provide analyses and explanations of transactions.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
