Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Metro Manila to support financial reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to GAAP within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, team player with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with financial reconciliation packages and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable and receivables.
• Prepare all AP transactions for disbursements and review for unusual activity/addbacks.
• Reconcile deposits from ERP system to cash accounts.
• Other ad hoc projects.
