Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer (AWS & Infrastructure as Code) to operate and scale our production AWS environment. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform/AWS CDK/CloudFormation, and manage container deployments with Docker on ECS/Fargate, while ensuring observability and secure operations.

The role requires strong Linux scripting, PostgreSQL experience, and the ability to automate using AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience operating AWS production systems (compute, networking, IAM, logging).
• Practical experience with Docker and production container deployment (ECS/Fargate).
• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform/AWS CDK/CloudFormation).
• Strong Linux and shell scripting with Python for operational tooling.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, observability tools, and cloud security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production AWS infrastructure, including containers and networking.
• Design and automate CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Manage production container deployments with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• Maintain observability, logging, metrics, alerts, and PostgreSQL operations including backups.
• Leverage AI tools to automate scripts and accelerate workflows.
