Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a senior data analytics professional to partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT, delivering accurate, timely business insights that drive operational excellence across Asia.

You will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of sales, orders, backlog, and incentive reporting; building Power BI dashboards with DAX; and mentoring junior teammates to elevate team capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, BI, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or HR Operations.
• Strong Power BI experience including dashboard development and DAX.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; strong data visualization and reporting.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of sales and orders reporting, analytics, and incentive administration.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors, HR, Regional Leaders, and other stakeholders on incentive parameters.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales, orders, backlog, distributor, and performance reports.
• Support monthly SIOP calls with data-driven recommendations.
• Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Lead data management initiatives and analytics projects.
• Drive process improvements through automation using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and VBA.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned market units on commission and incentive concerns.
• Provide cross-functional backup to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to align strategies.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend productivity improvements.
• Act as liaison to improve reporting processes and management information.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Present insights to senior leadership across the Asia region.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders—including C-suite leaders across Asia—to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful business insights that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of sales and orders reporting, analytics, and incentive administration, including participant eligibility management, earnings calculation, and incentive reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors, Functional Leaders, Regional Leaders, and HR regarding incentive calculation parameters, including sales targets, commission structures, and variable pay.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales, orders, backlog, distributor, and performance reports to stakeholders based on established business targets.
• Support monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) calls by analyzing sales pipelines, order trends, project win rates, and providing data-driven recommendations to Sales Leaders.
• Perform quality control, validation, and sanity checks on source data, reports, and incentive calculations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead and participate in data management initiatives, reporting enhancements, and business analytics projects.
• Drive process improvement initiatives through automation and technology, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and VBA applications.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, utilizing DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create meaningful business insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned market units on commission and incentive-related concerns.
• Provide cross-functional backup support to ensure business continuity within the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams to align business strategies through data-driven insights.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to increase Sales and Business Operations productivity.
• Act as the liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to improve reporting processes and management information.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
• Present business insights, dashboards, and performance updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders across the Asia region.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 6-8 years of solid experience in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, HR Operations, or related functions.
• Strong experience in Power BI, particularly:
• Dashboard creation and development
• DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Data visualization and reporting
• Working knowledge of Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in reporting, data consolidation, data processing, and merging large datasets with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting regional operations within a Shared Services environment is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently present business insights to C-level executives and senior leadership across Asia.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
