Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Practice Associate Manager for a hybrid role in Mandaluyong. You will lead complex sourcing projects, develop supplier and client relationships, and ensure value delivery across Corporate & Professional Services, IT, and HR.

You will guide cross-functional teams, design RFPs, negotiate agreements, and drive category management practices while staying within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Standard Procurement only.
• Sourcing experience/background is preferred.
• With at least 7 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing efforts related to Corporate & Professional Services, IT, Marketing, HR, Facilities, MRO, etc.
• Solid understanding of and experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent communication, organization/time management, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project lifecycles
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborative in nature to ensure both internal and external stakeholders are being managed and engaged when appropriate
• Successful track record with clients
• Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
• Knowledge of procurement operations
• Experience working directly with key stakeholders in business units
